1. ELIGIBILITY. WBXE-FM B-ROCK 9-3-7 Contests are open only to legal residents of Tennessee and Kentucky. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the contest: (a) individuals engaged in the development, production, or execution of contest; and (b) persons who are immediate family members (defined as spouse or biological or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or IRS dependent) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories.© individuals and spouses of any competing radio stations and advertising / promotional partners associated with this contest. Participants must be 18 years old and older to play or win in contest.


2. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS.


No cash alternative or substitution of any prize will be provided. All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) on or connected with any prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of respective winner. If required by law, WBXE-FM B-ROCK 9-3-7 reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any tax or taxes due.


3. VERIFICATION.


All winners will be subject to a verification check. All winners must bring proper identification cards or a valid driver’s license to claim their prize. Winners must appear in-person to redeem prize and may not have another individual pick-up prize from WBXE-FM BROCK 9-3-7


4. GOVERNING LAW.


ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
